Following the global classroom London program organized by Limkokwing university is a very valuable opportunity for me. In addition to adding to the experience, this event was also an opportunity for me to get to know the wider world and meet up with people that I never knew. Here I will tell a little a bit of my experienced in the London Global Classroom that I follow in the first week. When I set my first step in London Heathrow Airport, my feelings are mixed between happy and scared. This occurs happy, because one of the dreams of my childhood until now to be able to visit this city can finally come true. And the feeling of fear, this feeling comes because I really do not know information about this country apart from information that I know from the internet.
However, I should still be able to follow the activities of the London Global Classroom . On my first day in London, I attended the activities held in campus, including the introduction of the program London Global Classroom by Mr. Tb, Mrs. and Mr. Sunny Merhdad. In addition, Mrs. sunny as leader of the tour that will we do in London give us the information places that we will visit for roughly one month in London. On the second day I joined the activity tour around the city of London with Mr. William. In this tour I can see close Buckingham palace, green park, Hyde park, National museums and other places. On the third day, I followed the integrated project briefing given by Mr. Mehrdad. After that, me and my other friends visiting one of the historic buildings it is Royal albert Hall. And in the fourth and fifth day, me and my other friends visited one historic building in London's Victoria & Albert Museum and House of Parliament. And here is a bit my experiences and activities that I did in my first week following the Global Classroom London.

For the few weeks that I have been in London, I have happened to experience a lot I am unable to do so in the countries I have lived in over the past years. The greatest thing about London is its complicated, yet simple transport system. It is truly what has made this visit a pleasure. In my country, public transport isn’t as comfortable and easy as in London, and this is something that has caught my eye.
Also, another difference in London that I saw was the weather. Even though its unpredictability can be a pain, it is still lovely. I have been a fan of the cold atmosphere, so the weather here is no less to heaven for me.
The visits that our university has provided us with will also be remembered by me in the future. I enjoyed all of them and plan to attend the rest with enthusiasm. The other students that have joined this session are great to hang out with, and have taken the form of new friends.
Since I have arrived, I have learned a lot about London’s culture as well. I have learned the history of many of the previous rulers and the legacies that they have left behind. I have also seen impressive monuments that have been built by the previous ancestors, like the Stonehenge, which we visited recently.
So far, there is much that I have learned, and I sincerely hope to travel around more to learn the many secrets that London has stored.

I have learned incredibly a lot since I arrived here in London for the first time on September 6th, 2014. London is indeed quite different from my hometown when it comes to weather and the people. The weather here is much colder for sure, which I’m not complaining at all, and most people in London are polite and extremely friendly. The people in London greet me even though they have never met me before, which is a simply refreshing and nice.
First of all, after two weeks being in this enormous and extremely busy city, I finally figured out how to go to different places using the underground train, or so it is called "The Tube." Second of all, I have learned how to share a room with someone whom I never met before. Turns out, I gained a new close friend and it would have never happened if I got a single room as promised. From this event I have come to understand that sometimes things didn’t go the way I planned it to be-it went better. Next, I have been going to a lot of historical places such as Royal Albert Hall, Cathedrals, and museums around the city. I have come to realize that some buildings must indeed be preserved and its history is important to be cherished and be told.
From the lecture I have attended in Limkokwing University of London, I have learned how to be more cooperative and learn how to work together in a team despite all the differences that my teammates and I have. I have come to realize that by working together things would actually get done faster and easier as long as all of us are working in harmony and unity.

This first week with the global classroom has been an entertaining and instructive experience. The lecturer are nice, knowledgeable and guiding. The current project that we are working on is outside of my "comfort zone" but I'm very interested by it. You group supervisor, Sean, has given us some thought provoking videos to watch and they have done just that.
I have gained a new perception on the way thinking should be done and I have gained knowledge on the methods used by the media to push society to follow their agenda, and the fact that equality does not exist in the higher echelons of big corporations.
The global classroom has taken us on many visits.
We have been to the Royal Albert Hall, where we go to see behind the scene, the entrances the Queen uses, her private chambers and the guide give us information on the modernization of the hall.
We also visited West Minister, where we got to take a look inside England main political building, our guide showed us the places where the debates we see on BBC take place and gave as a lot of interesting information about the history of the building and it's reconstruction. We also saw statues and bust of previous political leaders such as Winston Churchill and Margaret Tather.
My favorite visit was the Warner Bros. Studios because we go to go on the set of the Harry Potter movies. The guides explained the tricks the movie costume designers used to transform the actor that played Hagrid into giant, the trick behing the broomsticks flying and how they made the masks for the actors to wear. As a big Harry Potter fan (it's a close to the Matrix and the LoTR series) I was excited to get a glimpse on the magic that goes on behind the big screen, it's a shame that they did not let me take the flying car with me.

Joining the global classroom was a one in a lifetime experience for me. Getting to know London, the culture, food and people was amazing and that was only the first week. I come to realize that architecture are mixed old and new. Public transportation here is so convenience that I could travel almost everywhere in London. On the first week, we are briefed on what are we suppose to do and the places we are going to visit. I got the chance to meet and work with new people from different faculty and I realize that I have a lot more to learn to from them. I also learned to be more cooperative. We visited and learn some of the famous places like the Buckingham Palace, The Royal Albert Hall which was led by Prince Albert and sadly he did not have the chance to see his dream come to live, Diana Memorial Fountain in Hyde Park dedicated to Diana, Princess of Wales who died in a car accident, The National Museum, The Parliament, Warner Bros. Studios where we get to visit the behind the scenes of making of Harry Potter. Museum of Brands, Packaging and Advertising where I got to see many vintage advertising and packaging, product from the early 60’ until now. I am really excited to see what more London has in the coming days.

Global campus program allows students to choose to do their semesters in other countries. Through this initiative , a student may spend a semester or more at any one of the Limkokwing Campuses.
I've chose London campus because I love london so much. This is my second time I been in London. The best part is this time I have an opportunity to get know London broadly .
When I was in week 1, I had learned a plenty things about London. We had brainstorming session with Mr. mehrdad. The session was really good and it is a tool for generating as many ideas or solutions as possible to a problem or issue. I am so gratefully to be here with other students and met new friends from diff faculties. When people talking about UK , talking about London , they refer Buckingham Palace, houses of parliaments , Westminster, Hyde park, national museums and other places . Luckily I visited all of these great sights. I truly enjoyed those moments with other students and our lecturer Ms sunny.
What impressed me a lot were the concept of the buildings in London is quite amazing . Back in my country I don't even like to walk from place to place but then in London is like usual for me to walk everyday to school and I really enjoyed the scenery and lovely weather.

I still can’t believe that im here in London studying while touring. The environment is very nice and I can see art everywhere I go. You will get a lot of inspiration here. In September batch there are a lot of people that I didn’t know and do exist in Limkokwing well some of them I know but slowly we get to know each other even though we are from different course. It’s a nice program where you can learn to be professional, and how to deal with other people in groups, and get the feeling of working environment. We will have a presentation at the end of the programme.
Last Friday morning we have our first discussion with Mr. Lui about Co-Creation he was very funny the way he present is not boring. Working together as a team we will deal with cultural & linguistic, skills & abilities, expectations and belief system, and Collaborative ownership. Leader has the role to facilitate the difference of opinions from the members and find a fair solution. The important thing for our last presentation is to prepare for the worse so we need a Plan B.
We got to discuss the meaning of creativity, imagination, design, and creative problem solving with our group. And the conclusion that I have remember is creativity is original and unique. Being original doesn’t mean we have to create a new thing. But it can also means changing a perception of what have been there and create a new idea from it. Imagination is the tool of ideas. Design is how we interact with people in art. Creative Problem Solving is a challenge to improved the problem in an unusual way. In the end I felt that I have been more confident in talking, less nervous when asking a question or give a statements and I can be more focus listening to the discussion until the end. So I can say it was really worth it.

The thing that I liked the most in my first week in London is meeting new people. You get to see all those new faces and different personalities. The weather here is so similar to my hometown, that many times it’s kind of nostalgic. Everything (except while eating in restaurant) is so fast paced here, but I like it. I got to see many new things here and there are a lot of artist all over the place, expressing themselves in their own way. I still remember the nervousness and anticipation of working with a group of people whom we totally didn’t know. It’s already been two weeks since I came to London, but it doesn’t feel like it. The time passed by too fast that the time to return is very near. In lunch time people here seems to take away their lunch a lot but I prefer to sit and have my lunch. I visited a lot of place like Tower of London, museums, Stonehenge (which is in my places to visit before I’m old list) and Cutty Sark to name a few. The thing I was surprised to see is that most places starts closing at around 6 pm, even most restaurants are closed by 9 pm. So far, the trip is good, I had lots of fun and am anticipating my rest of the stay here.

The first day I arrived at London, I started to like London. The cost of living is not that high compared to Malaysia, there's only two things that are expensive in London, which is houses and public transport. I've did some research about Londoners average salary and yet first thing on my mind is not a bad place for migrate. The first week I did went to couple of interesting places, such as the walking tour to Green Park, Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, House of Parliament, Oxford Street, Leicester Square and so on, there's still alot of interesting places to visit. I do found out that Londoners are quite enjoying their life, not to give themselves too much stress on their work, they always like to sit at the park, enjoying beautiful view of the park and having their lunch. If I've had the chance to work at here, I'll definitely appreciate that.
